Abstract

The Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on Issues Concerning the Application of Law for the Trial of Cases of Disputes over Sales Contracts, was adopted at the 1545th session of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People's Court on March 31, 2012, and was revised by the Decision of the Supreme People's Court to Amend 27 Civil Judicial Interpretations Including the Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Application of the Trade Union Law of the People's Republic of China in Civil Trials, as adopted at the 1823rd session of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People's Court on December 23, 2020.
