Abstract

The Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues concerning the Application of Law in the Trial of Civil Cases Relating to Processing of Personal Information by Using the Facial Recognition Technology were adopted at the 1,841st Session of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People's Court on June 8, 2021 and came into force on August 1, 2021.
