Abstract

The Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues concerning the Application of Law in the Trial of Cases about Disputes Over Lease Contracts on Urban Buildings (2020 Amendment) was adopted at the 1469th meeting of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People's Court on June 22, 2009; and amended in accordance with the Decision of the Supreme People's Court to Amend 27 Civil Judicial Interpretations Including the Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Application of the Trade Union Law of the People's Republic of China in Civil Trials, as adopted at the 1,823rd session of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People's Court on December 23, 2020.
