Abstract

The Interpretation (I) of the Supreme People's Court on the Application of the Book on Succession of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China was adopted at the 1,825th Session of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People's Court on December 25, 2020 and came into force on January 1, 2021.
