Abstract

The Interpretation by the Supreme People's Court of Several Issues Concerning the Application of Book One General Provisions of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, as adopted at the 1,861st meeting of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People's Court on December 30, 2021, was issued on February 24, 2022, and came into force on March 1, 2022.
