Abstract

The Interpretation by the Supreme People's Court of Several Issues Concerning the Application of Title One General Provisions of Book Three Contracts of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, as adopted at the 1,889th meeting of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People's Court on May 23, 2023, was issued on December 4, 2023, and came into force on December 5, 2023.
