Abstract

The Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court of the Application of the Relevant Guarantee System of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China was adopted at the 1,824th session of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People's Court on December 25, 2020 and came into force on January 1, 2021.
