Abstract

The Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in the Trial of Cases Involving Betrothal Gift Disputes were adopted at the 1,905th meeting of the Adjudication Committee of the Supreme People's on November 13, 2023. They were issued with effect from February 1, 2024.
