Abstract

Some Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Evidence in Civil Procedures were passed at the 1201st meeting of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People's Court on December 6, 2001, and were revised by the Decision of the Supreme People's Court to Amend Some Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Evidence in Civil Procedures, as adopted at the 1777th session of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People's Court on October 14, 2019.
