Abstract

The Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Application of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Application of Laws to Foreign-Related Civil Relations (II), as adopted at the 1,898th meeting of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People's Court on August 30, 2023, was issued on November 30, 2023, and shall come into force on January 1, 2024.
