Abstract

The Interpretation by the Supreme People's Court of Several Issues Concerning the Application of International Treaties and International Practices in the Trial of Foreign-Related Civil and Commercial Cases, as adopted at the 1,908th meeting of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People's Court on December 5, 2023, was issued on December 28, 2023, and shall come into force on January 1, 2024.
